Gene Choi,
Vice President
Gene Choi brings more than 10 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate finance and asset management to his role as vice president at RanchHarbor. He is responsible for RanchHarbor’s asset management and conducting thorough and disciplined underwriting of the firm’s potential acquisitions.
Prior to RanchHarbor, he served as vice president of asset management for Isles Ranch Partners where he managed the firm’s homebuilding and land development portfolio. Prior to Isles Ranch Partners, he managed loan restructurings and workouts for a firm with over $6B in distressed commercial and residential assets.
Choi received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and his master’s in business administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
