Trevor has more than 10+ years of experience in financial analysis, capital markets, and asset management.
Trevor oversees asset management of the firm’s portfolio including supervision and upkeep of asset management cash flow models, preparation and delivery of quarterly investor reports/financial packages, creating internal portfolio reports. His role includes regularly interfacing with joint venture partners and property managers to ensure operational oversight. He is the Director of the firm’s investment management platform/investor portal, overseeing all portfolio management efforts.
Trevor also conducts analysis and underwriting for RanchHarbor’s prospective acquisitions and provides reports and recommendations to the firm’s investment committee. He is instrumental in creating, developing, and maintaining company underwriting cash flows and he is also the lead creator of RanchHarbor’s investment memoranda.
Prior to RanchHarbor, Trevor was a senior financial analyst at Landmark Real Estate, a real estate capital advisory firm disciplined in finance and private equity. In this capacity, he analyzed and strategically underwrote over $1 billion in debt and equity capital transactions for assets of all types.
Trevor holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration – finance from the University of California, Riverside. He resides in Huntington Beach and is a licensed California Real Estate Professional.
